Arm Chest Stretch 

Chest and biceps stretch

Purpose: this variation of stretch is useful in reducing tension in the biceps muscle as well as the chest. People with poor posture i.e. slouching, gains great benefit from this stretch as this helps to open up your chest, putting your posture in a better position.

How:

  1. Stand with your arm outstretched at shoulder height
  2. Hold onto an immovable object with your hand and then turn your body away from your outstretched arm.
  3. Hold the stretch position for 30s and then repeat with the opposite arm.
