Lower back stretch

Purpose: an easy way to loosen up the tension in your lower back with a simple twist

  1. Lie down on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  2. Close your eyes and breathe out as you drop your knees to the left and your head to the right
  3. Hold for two minutes.
  4. Then repeat by dropping your knees to the right, and turn your head to the left.
