Wall Stretch

Purpose: this stretch is to target your calf and plantar fascia and release any tension along the lower legs

How:

  1. Find a wall and stand a few inches away. With one foot in front, place your toes on the wall while keeping your heel on the floor.
  2. Start by leaning forward onto your toes against the wall and hold for about 30s
  3. Repeat 3 times, then alternate with your other foot.
